Conference Centre

Our Lagoon Point Conference Centre is located on the Northern end of Wairo Beach, surrounded by bushlands. The conference centre consists of seven self contained rooms, sleeping 42 - 47. It can accommodate church groups, youth groups, social groups, scouts, schools, family getaways and much more. Outside each room is an undercover awning which extends out to a grassed area and parking area. Burrill Pines guests have private access to Wairo beach and National park. Other features include BBQ facilities, a laundry area, a separate hall, volleyball court, children’s playground and a grass oval.

Features

• 7 self contained rooms (each room sleeps 6-7 people)

  • Kitchen area with small fridge, sink, portable double element hotplate, electric frypan, kettle, toaster, microwave, pots, cutlery, plates and cups.

• Well equipped kitchen and dining room with projector and HDMI adapters for laptop etc.

• BBQ facilities

• Laundry area (with laundry tub, washing machines and dryer)

• A separate hall, including hall equipment (whiteboard, TV and DVD player, piano, chairs and tables)

• Additional accommodation:

  • The camp ground is a stones throw away from the conference centre.

  • Motel rooms are available near the entrance.
    

Bookings

Conference Centre facilities are available on weekdays (Mon-Thu) and/or weekends (Fri-Sun).

Conference Centre Group Weekend Bookings

• Check in from 2pm Friday

• Check out Sunday late afternoon

• Hire of Conference Centre From $2500- (including GST).

• Deposit of $350.00 is required to secure booking, 50% of balance to be paid 30days prior to arrival, Full payment can be finalised on arrival. Deposits are not refundable under 90 days. Deposits can be made by cheque, direct debit or credit card.

Conference Centre Group Cancellation policy

90+ days prior to arrival date - No Cancellation Fee will apply

30 - 90 days prior to arrival - a cancellation fee of 100% of deposit.

30 days or less prior to arrival - entire cost of the package payable in FULL.

Conference Centre Single Unit bookings

• Deposit of 1 x nights stay is required at the time of booking.

• 50 % of amount owing is to be paid 60 days prior to arrival, with remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Conference Centre Single Unit Cancellation policy

NON-PEAK

• cancellations 15-30 days prior to arrival- your deposit will be forfeited.

• cancellations 14 days prior to arrival- a fee of 100% of monies paid will apply.

PEAK SEASON

• cancellations within 30 days of arrival bookings must be paid in FULL. No refunds given within 30 days of cancellation.

• cancellations 60-30 days prior to arrival deposit will be forfeited.

Bookings are non refundable or transferable.
